Unsolicited Submission Policy
With respect to submissions of original ideas, proposals, and creative works, DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees, does NOT accept any unsolicited works or submissions of any kind. Please do not submit any unsolicited original ideas, proposals, or creative works in any form to DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees, works of ANY kind.
The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings, disputes, or lawsuits that may arise when DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees, produces or publishes materials that might appear to be similar or identical to unsolicited materials submitted to DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, proposals, and creative works, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.
Terms of Unsolicited Submissions
You agree that: (1) Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees, without ANY compensation to you, What so ever; (2) There is NO obligation for DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees, to review, consider, or otherwise use the submission, unless the submission is used for the personal, commercial and private use for DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees; (3) DHopp Apparel or ANY of its relating companies and employees, may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; and (4) There is NO obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
